San Vito al Tagliamento (nature reserve of Pissarelle) – Pordenone / Italy
— 25 half fish skeletons were installed just above the water in a protected area of the spring. The reflections produced the impression of a whole fish in movement. The bones were constructed by tying together pieces of bleached driftwood from the gravel bed of the Cellina with string. In addition three forge fish made of iron were installed signifying death, which in nature comes to stand for the necessity of survival, and the work alludes to the life cycle.
